Service helpers is an online directory that helps people find local service providers, suppliers and shops ("vendors") in their town. Service helpers is not a party to any agreement between customers and vendors and does not provide the listed services itself.

You must give a valid mobile number that belongs to you and keep your password confidential.

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

We may suspend or block accounts that break these terms, post false information or misuse the platform.

Vendors must provide true and accurate business details, including their address and services.

Every new listing is reviewed by our team before it is shown publicly. We may reject or remove any listing.

The Verified badge means our team has checked the vendor's documents. It is not a guarantee of the quality of their work.

Vendors must not upload photos or content they do not have the right to use.

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with the vendor. Fake, abusive or paid reviews are not allowed.

You may report a listing that you believe is fake, fraudulent or incorrect. Misusing reports to harm a business is not allowed.

We may hide or remove reviews and content that break these rules.

You agree not to: scrape or copy listings in bulk, collect vendor phone numbers for marketing, send spam, attempt to break the security of the website, or use the platform for anything unlawful.

Service helpers provides the platform "as is". We are not responsible for the services, prices, quality, delays, damage or disputes between customers and vendors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
